What-the Freebox?

The Free Box is a place where abundance is fully expressed, you always get just what you need AND you can drop off what no longer serves you. It is an actual area at Esalen, where much of my wardrobe has come from and where I have been able to release things that I no longer needed. It has always been true for me that

whenever I walk into the freebox with an intention of finding something, it is
there.

Welcome to The Freebox ... a space where freedom reigns and we can safely step (and dance!) out side the box.
