The FreeBox - freedom through movement practice is a soulful facilitated freeform movement journey. It's fun, it's enlivening it's joyful and freeing. It's moving meditation, it's spiritual practice, it's a blast and it's powerfully healing!

"It allows one to dance alone or together, fast or slow, whatever moves you, in a safe environment of respect and mutual support. As the facilitator, in an otherwise silent practice (meaning no talking), Mary will interject "suggestions" for observing the experience.
